ABOUT ARTCRAFT HOMES
Founded in 2010, ArtCraft Homes LLC is a California limited liability company investing in the purchase, renovation and reselling of residential properties in Los Angeles.
ArtCraft Homes is managed by founder Tim Braseth, a former advertising and entertainment marketing executive who finally put his lifelong passion for real estate, architecture and design to work developing real estate in 2004. With his other company, Willow Glen Partners, he is best known for the historic restoration of the Pasinetti House in Beverly Hills.
Tim is a 2014 recipient of a Historic Preservation Award from the City of Pasadena's Historic Preservation Commission.
